Delete your account

Delete in the app or on the web

Sign in, then go to Account → General → Delete account and confirm. This works the same in the iOS app, the Android app and on the web.

Email legal@rolllab.io from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you — no sign-in required.

Delete some of your data — without closing your account

You don't have to delete your RollLab account to remove content. You can delete any video at any time from within the app or on the web — this permanently removes the video and its labels — and you can delete any resource, message or profile detail you've added. To have specific data erased for you without closing your account, email legal@rolllab.io from the address on your account, tell us what you'd like removed, and we'll take care of it.

What happens after you delete

• Deleting in the app deactivates your account immediately: you leave your teams and chats, and your videos, labels, commentary, messages and profile are no longer visible to anyone.
• Changed your mind? Sign back in within 30 days and choose Restore account to undo the deletion.
• After 30 days, your account and data are permanently deleted. Want it gone sooner? Email legal@rolllab.io and we'll erase it right away. Some records (such as billing records) we may be legally required to keep depending on jurisdiction — those are retained only as long as required.
