RollLab
Terms of Service
Last updated 21 July 2026
These terms govern your use of RollLab (the "Service"). By creating an account or uploading footage, you agree to them.
Your account
Authentication is handled by Clerk. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use the Service.
Your footage and labels
You keep ownership of the videos, segments, and labels you upload ("Your Content"). You grant RollLab a license to store, process, and display Your Content to operate and improve the Service — for example generating thumbnails, playing back clips, building your analytics, and developing and improving our features over time.
Only upload footage you filmed or have permission to use. Don't upload broadcast footage or other material you don't have the rights to. You're responsible for Your Content, and you agree to indemnifyRollLab against claims arising from it.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability and disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" while in active development. We don't guarantee uptime or that features won't change, and to the extent permitted by law we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Keep your own backups of important footage.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time as the product evolves, including how Your Content is used to operate and improve the Service. It's your responsibility to review them regularly — the date above shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the Service means you accept the current terms.
